? Incidental overnight expenses provide by the employer for overnight stays from home if under ￡5 per night （UK） and ￡10 per night （overseas）
? Sporting or recreational facilities available to employees generally and not to the general public
? Weekly tax free allowance of ￡6 paid by employer for works from home
? Bicycles or cycling safety equipment to and from work
? Gifts of goods from third parties （￡250 or less then exempt, if exceed then all amount is taxable）
? Long service awards up to ￡50 per each year of service （with a minimum requirement of 20 years service）
? The private use of one mobile phone （which can be a smartphone）
? Employer provided uniforms which employees must wear as part of their duties
? Eye tests and glasses for employees using VDUs are exempt
? Annual exemption of ￡500 per employee where employer pays for medical treatment to assist the employee in returning to work after a period of absence due to ill health or injury
? Outplacement counselling services to employees made redundant. The services can include counselling to help adjust to the loss of the job and to help in getting other work, ie retraining courses up to 2 years
? Trivial benefits costing up to ￡50 per employee per tax year
